As an affiliate of Capital Dynamics, we benefit from the global scale and extensive market insight of the global Capital Dynamics Clean Energy (CE) platform and have close links to the CE team at all levels

EXPERIENCED TEAM
Our team is made up of technical, financial and operational clean energy experts. As our portfolio grows so does our team – we continue to regularly hire new team members in both the UK and Europe.
Before joining Netro Energy, Paul was the Finance Director for a private equity-backed facilities management company that specialised in energy management and was part of the senior management team that successfully sold the business to a UK PLC
He began his career at a subsidiary of multinational building material group CRH PLC rising to Group Financial Controller. Paul has a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
Ernesto joined the Netro Energy team as Construction & Operations Director Europe in June 2022 to lead the construction and operations of all the assets across Europe and the UK. Prior to joining Netro Energy, Ernesto was Technical Director in EOS Energy Partners
During his career to date, Ernesto has successfully managed the development and construction of over 1GW of solar and wind assets across more than 12 Countries
He has extensive experience in contractual management and negotiation, as well as a deep understanding of project financing. Ernesto holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza and has worked specifically in the renewable energy market for over 13 years and in Construction and Project Management for over 20 years
Rob is our Financial Controller, with over 7 years’ experience within the renewable sector
Prior to joining Netro Energy, he worked for a top 10 audit firm working on a wide range of sectors and groups (such as Social housing, Construction and Renewables)
Rob began his career in an accounting practice where he training and qualified
Rob holds a BSc (Econ) degree in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with ICAEW
Tom works as a Finance/Business analyst and has over a decade of experience in the energy industry across the UK renewable and oil & gas sectors
Prior to joining Netro, Tom was an economist with an upstream oil & gas business, where he focused on providing investment economics for multiple natural gas infrastructure projects in the North & Irish Seas
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Lancaster University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
Killian works as a Senior Asset Manager and is responsible for the contractual and commercial management of the wind and solar portfolio
Killian has over 8 years’ experience in the renewable sector
Prior to joining Netro, Killian worked for an independent asset manager WPO where he held various engineering roles
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Electrical Power Systems along with a Masters degree in Renewable Energy and Resource Management
Thomas works as a Senior Asset Manager and has over 8 years’ of experience in the renewable asset management sector
Prior to joining Netro Energy as an Asset Manager in July 2016, he worked as an Operations Engineer for WPO solely managing the Capital Dynamics wind assets
In his current role he manages 100 MWs of installed capacity spread across 12 operational wind farms and 1 solar farm in the UK and Northern Ireland
Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Energy Management & Renewables

Our business was created in 2011 as the UK arm of Capital Dynamic’s asset management business, known as Arevon
